1. Use of Non Chemical products

We use bio-friendly products which do not contain unnecessary chemicals. They are non-toxic or a lot less toxic for us and the environment. Most of them break down harmlessly in the water and soil, causing no damage to wildlife and plant life or even humans.

      a. We focus on providing best cleaning services by enabling our clients to experience a  
          fresh, non-toxic, yet traditional cleaning service.

      b. We are proud that our Cleaning Service uses only effective, custom, non-toxic
          cleaning products such as Omezone.

      c. Products used by us are not tested on animals and they do not contain any animal
          ingredients.

      d. Our Steam cleaners and vacuum cleaners with HEPA filtration can capture up to 99
          percent of dust, allergens and other pollutants.


2. Quality Assurance

Our Quality Plan describes the supervision, inspection and reports by which we give you our assurance of quality. Servcity works with three levels of supervision and inspection:

      a. Managers of Servcity make unscheduled visits to sites for inquiries.

      b. Our Quality Manager visits the site 2 times a day for regular inspections.

      c. We are always investing in new technologies and methods in our cleaning services.


3. Employee certification

The staff at Servcity Cleaning Services goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure that every client receives the maximum level of comfort and peace of mind while the cleaning process is going on.

      a. All our employees, housekeepers, maids and contractors are bonded and insured.

      b. We ask for a minimum of 3 years working experience in the cleaning sector. We
          check all references and verify employment.

      c. Our employees must pass a rigorous background criminal investigation conducted
          by MDV Cleaning Services.

      d. All employees will have to interviews with our operations manager.


4. Flexible payment methods

      a. You pay on the day the service is done.

      b. You can leave a cheque for us, made payable to ServCity Limited.

      c. Payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card for subsequent cleaning services but
          these are subject to a 3% surcharge
